IQVIA Laboratories interview questions

First they sent me an email with a link to an on demand interview which I completed. After 2 weeks I received another email with the day of my interview with the hiring managers. It was a very nice experience, they made me feel like it was a chat between friends. In general terms they asked about me and why did I apply for the role, why IQVIA?. They asked about my current job and the activities I perform there. What do you like most and least about your job ?, Why should we hire you?. And they asked about a difficult situation or a mistake I made in my job and how did I manage the situation. I was very precise with the answers so it lasted less than 30 minutes, although the Interview was booked for an hour. one week later HR contacted me The whole process lasted almost 2 months.
