Application
I applied online. I interviewed at ISTE (Washington, DC) in Jan 2020
Interview
The worst. There is a one-way interview process as the first screener. Lots of hoops to jump through to get the tech to work, constant reminders to the point of harassment, and after the one-way impersonal interview they finally tell you the very low salary range at the end. It is very one-sided towards the company. I also haven't heard from anyone, which is fine. Because I'm so turned off by the impersonal nature of the interview (and the low salary) that I'm out of there.

Question 1
Name a complex project that you managed and what you did to overcome obstacles
The interviews themselves were fine, but the process was incredibly drawn out and it made me question if I would want to work for a group that is so ineffective at decision-making. Huge red flag in my opinion. I'm all for due diligence, but a 4-month, 6-interview hiring process is excessive, and I wouldn't want to be hired because I was the last candidate standing rather than the best fit.
