Ibec interview questions

Two interviews and an assessment, one online one in person and they use your written assessment answer in the interview and ask you about it. Was pretty straightforward and normal like general questions about it and the company.

Interview was two step process. I submitted my CV and was contacted the after the deadline date for a virtual interview with a manager and someone from HR and was a general interview no particular style just spoke about my experience. The second interview was in person and I was given a scenario and then asked to present a plan to 3 people and then more interview questions followed. I found out the the result less than a week later .
