Interview
At first the interview process was going really well. I was called for an interview just a few days after applying for the job. I had a phone interview with HR the following few days. After that, they wanted to bring me in for an in-person. That meeting went well and I was send a Project to complete. I did so within the allotted time, and was extremely detailed. I was called for a second interview the next week. I met with two additional people from the leadership team. I followed up accordingly and they said they were reviewing candidates. I followed up again a week later and never heard anything back from them at all. I felt for how much effort I put in as a potential candidate, I at least deserved the courtesy of being told they selected another candidate. Disappointed is the best way to discribe my experience. Would have hoped for more professionalism.
