First was a preliminary email screening with the question mentioned above, then a phone interview with one of the hiring managers, who explained about the types of projects they took on. Third (is) was a two-part interview face-to-face. They determine if you are a good fit (and match what you seemed like in the previous parts!) then they go on to a tour of the company and information about things like pay/benefits.
