Got an initial call from the department manager, it was general probing questions and checking if I was still interested in the role.
After initial phone screening I got an email a few days later about scheduling an in-person interview with some panels.
I came in and was interviewed by 3 different multi-person panels. It was a mix of Senior Engineers and Senior Technicians asking the usual technical knowledge and personality probing questions. The interviewers were thorough in their questioning, but nothing too out of the ordinary for a technician position. It was a 1/2 hour with each panel, and in total went on for 1.5 hours.
They let made me a job offer in less than a week.
