Pretty typical process. HR reaches out to me to gauge my experience and interest. Next stage Hiring manager would call me and conduct a technical interview to access my skill and then a panel of 4 engineers would take turns talking to me. Process overall was pretty smooth. I was surprised at the end they decided not to hire me because of the lack of manufacturing experience which I found odd they decided to interview me anyway. Overall good experience.
