First step was a digital/video interview which was fairly basic/quick. The next step was a 4 hour onsite interview meeting with 5+ different people from the HR team. Very lengthy interview process. I would have preferred a phone interview in between the digital and onsite interview. That way if the candidate is not a good fit during the phone interview phase, it would save the candidate and HR team’s time by bypassing before a 4 hour onsite interview. Seemed like a great team and amazing company.
