Interview process was ok . They sent an invite through the agent and was smooth
Senior engineer was in the interview he was not expected . They were on time through MS teams . They didn’t look much prepared for me and they wanted to hear more from me. The senior engineer is not skilled for interview this was a downside and he wasn’t friendly

All questions are good except the intention behind what do you want to be in Illumina?
I had a phone screen with HR, and it was pretty straightforward. However, they needed someone to start earlier than I could, so unfortunately, it didn't work out. Despite that, the overall experience was relatively relaxed and pleasant.
International video conference Interview in English with the person from HR in USA, Michel Pitre that make an interview without to see my resume. Maybe I was select by a robot and send to him. He said will get contact with me and pass thru my resume to Brazil as soon as possible but 3 or 4 days after I receved a Standard answer I was not selected for that position.

Basicly was asked to me to talk about my experience in the area of Field Service and if I know the company.
Microsoft Teams meeting, interview was led directly by hiring manager. It was a standard interview with behavioral questions. Everyone was friendly and professional and I sensed they have high standards that a prospective Illumina employee should fulfill.
