For the first round I was tasked to create a presentation reviewing a technical project I had previously worked on.
This was after initial screenings and chats with manager & HR rep.

Question 1
Describe a technical project you worked on. How did you get people involved, etc.
Several interviews (5 I believe), scheduled over a few days. Nice people and the process was pretty smooth. It was all done over zoom which can make things a little trickier.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Illumina (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2020
Interview
1on1 interviews with HR, Hiring manager, 4 IC engineers, and 1 director. Conversations were a blend of technical and personality. The engineers were all mechanical engineers and differed between fluids and mechanics as SMEs
