Interview
2 phone calls and an afternoon in person with role playing, answering mock customer questions, assessing problem solving skills. Everyone was nice & the department manager seems strong. Waited 4 weeks after interview for a decision. Tried to check in periodically with talent acquisition but phone calls and emails were met with silence.
Alle beteiligten haben sich ausführlich vorgestellt, im Anschluss durfte ich mich selbst vorstellen. Fachliche Fragen, Fragen zur aktuellen Position, Fragen wie man sich den Arbeitsalltag vorstellt. Wie würde man mit anspruchsvollen Kunden umgehen und stressige Situationen bewältigen.

Interview
The process included interviews with HR and two panels featuring team members. Each panel consisted of four interviews, each lasting 30 minutes, totaling eight interviews across the panels. One week after the last panel, I received an offer from HR.
The interview process was smooth. All interviewers were nice and kind. It took only two weeks between the first interview and the offer. The last round was a 2h process with 4 blocks of 30 min with different interviewers.
