I applied online. I interviewed at Imagine Learning in Feb 2014
Interview
I had applied online on their website and submitted them my resume with the application. Shortly after I received an email from a woman in their HR department about setting up a phone interview. The next week I had a phone interview which was more of just setting up a time to go in for an interview and also to ask her any questions if I had any. I went in for about a 45 minute interview the next week where it was mostly behavioral questions I was asked by a couple of the senior managers for QA. I got another email from the HR woman just over a week later asking to set up a second interview. This interview was in the same room by two different people in the QA hierarchy. A lot of those questions also seemed to be more of behavioral questions. They had me try and "test" a program that without telling me the purpose or input of the program on a whiteboard so they could see my thought process/steps to try and test something that I knew nothing about. Both interviews were pretty relaxed, and the culture seems to be pretty open and relaxed in the office trying to make you feel comfortable while you work.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Drew 3 triangles on a whiteboard; an isosceles, equilateral, and scalene. Said a programmer came to me asking me to test this program without telling me what it was supposed to do, what kind of input it took, or anything really. There are 3 inputs and 1 output. Output depended on the inputs.
