Fairly straightforward. 1:1 interview with Dorian as wellas a group interview, and then a follow up round.
After receiving an offer and working with them on a start date, I was ghosted with no further response. This was after back and forth communication for several months post interview, including a follow up call.

I had a successful interview, was informed I'd be getting a second interview, but was ghosted after follow ups, despite one of those follow ups being asked to do so if I heard nothing back by a certain day. Very unprofessional, I don't mind being not selected by at least be upfront.

After receiving two very easy interviews, which seemed to both go exceedingly well, each of which lasted about an hour, I was ghosted, even after numerous attempts to follow up with not only the HR rep, but the environment lead. At least have the common decency and professionalism to send a rejection letter. Ghosting is extremely unprofessional and the cowardly way out for a seemingly professional establishment. Is this really how you treat people who make the effort to apply and contribute to your cause? This is how you repay them?
