I applied online. I interviewed at Impera Marketing in Sept 2017
Interview
First I did a phone interview and then I was selected for a second interview. The phone interview was very simple and short. I read some reviews and decided not to attend the second in-person interview. The company should not advertise this position as a marketing position if it is mostly or entirely sales-based. The job postings are very misleading and they seem to have a few very negative reviews, which made me rethink my decision.

Interview
2 part interview process with very professional and friendly staff. The job descriptions for the different positions still need some work in my opinion. Entry level executive is not an accurate title because every employee starts at the sales representative position. There is nothing wrong with that kind of structure, but it is something that I think could be stated more explicitly via the application. I would also suggest that advertising the position as a marketing position is not entirely accurate, it is more a sales position than marketing. They go hand in hand, but the actual function of the job is more sales based. Again, there is nothing wrong with this, but I declined the offer because it was more focused on sales than marketing and therefore not what I was looking for. Overall a good experience, just not right for me.

I applied online. I interviewed at Impera Marketing (Owego, NY) in June 2017
Interview
Way too quick and easy, was hired on the spot of the second interview, which should have been a major red flag at the time. Was asked a series of formulaic questions and then hired with little questioning on their part. I don't even think they cared about the background check in regard to hiring people.
Dear Anonymous Employee,
Thank you for your feedback! We here at Impera Marketing are always looking for ways to improve our company and culture. Depending on how the hiring manager feels regarding certain candidates he will invite them back right away if he thinks they are a good fit. Also, in regards to background checks we do require individuals to pass them before they can start working here.
Once again thank you for your feedback,
