Pros

- Learned some good sales tactics, but I could've learned this at a more legitimate company. - Friendly staff.

Cons

- Unwanted products that you had to sell. - Annoying multi-level marketing practices that feel almost brainwashing. - You get paid less than minimum wage if you don't make the minimum sales number. It's not as easy as you'd think. - Constantly changing staff.

Pros

You could spin the experience into something that sounds good on your resume if you're willing to stick with it.

Cons

The business is a complete pyramid scheme/multi-level marketing scam. Job ads are completely misleading and imply that you'll be working in marketing on things like marketing campaigns, when really you'll just be working in direct sales and standing at a table all day asking people if they want to buy something in the middle of the store, which is an awful sales/business strategy. Pay is exploitatively low, commissions are actually very difficult to get, the "President" of the company is unethical, abusive, and one of the worst managers I've ever seen. He'll look for every excuse to fire someone or not pay them and I still have not received compensation I'm owed since leaving the business. Avoid like the plague.

Thank you, for providing us with your feedback. We are always looking for ways to better improve ourselves and we do that through reviews. We are sorry about your experience and are trying to better understand the situation. As for your impression about the pyramid scheme there must be some mistake. We don't require anyone buy into our company and don't encourage you to market to your family or friends to make a profit. If there was a lapse in our training we will be fixing that as well. Also, base pay is negotiable. We apologize if there was miscommunication about that. For gas compensation we will set something up if you inquire. Overall we do appreciate you reaching back to let us know where we may better improve and we wish you the very best going forward. Thank you and best regards, Impera Marketing HR
