Interview
I had a first interview with a senior creative to take them through my portfolio. Then I had a second interview with an ECD who had already seen my work, to discuss potential start dates, salary expectations, etc.

Question 1
They asked me to talk them through my work, the type of ads I want to make, and salary expectations. Then I didn't hear from them for a few weeks, and when I followed up I got an offer.
