Interview
This was just a 1st round, I assume there would be multiple. Just a list of behavioural questions from the interviewer like what's your organizational style, how you would react in a pressured situation, why you want to work here. Thought it was kind of strange that the interviewer didn't ask any resume work history or technical questions, and it wasn't really personable as you would expect from a horizontal organizational structure.
