I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Oakland, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied online and got a call a couple days later asking if I could come in for an interview that day. I ended up scheduling an interview a couple days later with an shift manager. It was a very short, relaxed interview, and at the end he scheduled me for a second interview a couple days after with the store manager. The second interview went very well, and at the end I was hired! They say I can start as soon as I get my food handlers card.

It was pretty good, though they made me wait a bit long. I got in and they asked me about myself and past experiences. They asked about my availability and why would Iw want to work at this company.
