I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger
Interview
First interview was brief but the man who interviewed was very friendly. He scheduled a second interview for the next day with another manager. Second interviewer made it obvious he was completely disinterested once he learned that I was leaving for school in the fall. He asked me what my strengths and weaknesses were and then abruptly ended the interview after I asked him a few questions. Didn't even bother to shake my hand when it was over, just walked off saying nothing. So rude.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Windcrest, TX)
Interview
The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
I applied online and they asked why I wanted to work at In-N-Out burger (250 character limit), They emailed me a week or two later and set a date for a interview.
