I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (San Diego, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
I arrived at the location and told the cashier I was there and was told to write my name down on a receipt so they can pull up my application. They then asked me to take a seat and wait for the manager. I waited for about 10 minutes and then was told to follow the manager outside for a group interview. She then sat us down, asked us to introduce our self, and sort of explain or past work experience and where we plan on going to school or if we are in school. She then told us she would call us back later that day for a second interview. I got a call around 6:00pm and scheduled an interview the next day. This one was one on one but took forever to get started. I was told to be there at 3:00pm and it didn't start until 3:45pm. I was there so long customers were giving me advice, and employees were apologizing for the wait. Once the interview started it went by really fast and was probably around only 10 to 12 minutes. They asked me questions related to my customer service experience and why I think I'm a good fit for In-N-Out. Once the interview was over the manager thanked me for my time and pretty much just asked me to re apply.
