I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger in May 2016
Interview
It sucked. I waited for the manager for a little over an hour. When he finally got to me, he asked me to write my availability on paper. Then he asked me one question... Tell me about yourself...when I told him I was a college student he said there's no point for me working there! He talked more then I did. It kinda sucked that I couldn't get a summer job there. A lot of college students come home for the summer looking for places to work. I just didn't understand.

Question 1
Only question he asked me was...Tell me about yourself. And that's not even a question!!
The interview process was pretty easy, they wanna make sure you smile and that you can treat customers well. They also look for if you are well groomed and ultimately, if you are someone who can articulate yourself well.

Question 1
They asked me how could I make a great impact there.
It was pretty good, though they made me wait a bit long. I got in and they asked me about myself and past experiences. They asked about my availability and why would Iw want to work at this company.
