I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Orange, CA) in Dec 2014
Interview
I was actually hired in a 3 part group interview. There was about 40 pf us and the 2 managers broke us up into 5 groups and asked everyone a question in each group and selected a few to remain. The next was a team activity where they could see how we work as a team and under pressure as we were being timed. They again selected a few to remain. Lastly, they asked a few more questions with the 10 remaining and then did one on one interviews.

The interview process was pretty easy, they wanna make sure you smile and that you can treat customers well. They also look for if you are well groomed and ultimately, if you are someone who can articulate yourself well.
