Interview
After my fairly short interview with one manager, they had the store manager come and meet with me for my "second interview". It was very casual, and we talked in the dining area outside. They mentioned looking for friendly people with lots of smiles!

The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable.
