I applied online. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Signal Hill, CA) in Apr 2017
Interview
Had a really good experience with both the managers. Asked questions in between our conversations. It was a pretty long interview but felt pretty sure since they were really kind. I am going to try to reapply since I believe that I was not accepted because there not being an open position at the moment.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Windcrest, TX)
Interview
The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
I applied online and they asked why I wanted to work at In-N-Out burger (250 character limit), They emailed me a week or two later and set a date for a interview.
