      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger

      Interview

Be prepared for three interviews lasting anywhere from 2-4weeks. Pretty much just questions asking about your previous experience in customer service. If you have none js be honest, they are more than willing to teach you. Also men be prepared to have a clean shaven face. The interviewing process is pretty much straight forward.

      Interview

The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
