I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Rohnert Park, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
Probably best interview I have ever had. The cool thing is they actually get to know you as a person. The manager I interviewed with was very kind and asked me about my hobbies and what I was going to school for and just stuff i normally wasn't asked in your typical job interview. Then it would go on to experience/situational questions like how would you fare with an angry customer and all that. I was hired on the spot and I had applied online a day before the interview so I would say the process was fairly quick. My advice on the interview would be to play up an appreciation for customer service as that is what INO is most known for as a company. It definitely earns you some points!
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
How do/would you go about handling an angry customer?
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Windcrest, TX)
Interview
The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
I applied online and they asked why I wanted to work at In-N-Out burger (250 character limit), They emailed me a week or two later and set a date for a interview.
