I applied in-person. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Murrieta, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
I applied online and then went to go speak with the manager a week later. He was very kind and set up an interview with menon Wednesday of that week. I show up on the date of the interview and tell the cashier that I had an interview set up for that time. The cashier was confused and told me that he typicially interviewed people on Modays at 4. I see the manager like 10 minutes later amd he tells me to wait for a few minutes. Ended up waiting for like 30-40 minutes and the inerview seemed really rushed amd it lasted like 10minutes. Just went over the resume. He told me I should be recieving a call by the end of that week or the next week, and if I didnt it just meant there wasnt a position available for me yet.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Windcrest, TX)
Interview
The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
I applied online and they asked why I wanted to work at In-N-Out burger (250 character limit), They emailed me a week or two later and set a date for a interview.
