sat down with the manager outside the facility. was easy since a friend referred me. he asked me some basic interview questions but mostly wanted to get to know me and my availability
It was nice, the interviewer was very happy, and the questions weren't too hard. After a bit, it just became like a normal conversation about our interests. For my first interview, it wasn't bad at all!

Difficult questions but the managers really do care about the people they hire. Be honest and hard working and you'll do great! They will also work with your schedule if you're a student
