I applied in-person. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger
Interview
I walked in during open interview hours (usually Monday and Tuesday afternoon) and asked to speak with the manager. I waited about 15 minutes to be interviewed; associates offered me water while I waited and it was overall pleasant. The interview wasn't long and we had more of a conversation than a "formal" Q&A, which I appreciated!
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Windcrest, TX)
Interview
The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
I applied online and they asked why I wanted to work at In-N-Out burger (250 character limit), They emailed me a week or two later and set a date for a interview.
