I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Las Vegas, NV) in Aug 2013
Interview
Smile as much as possible!
They look for candidates that are happy-go-lucky and that will always put the customer first. I was interviewed by the 3rd, 2nd, and store managers, who were all very friendly. They asked the typical interview questions like why do you want to work here, name a difficult situation you have experienced and how you handled it, etc.

Interview
The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
I applied online and they asked why I wanted to work at In-N-Out burger (250 character limit), They emailed me a week or two later and set a date for a interview.
I applied online, and received an email to schedule an interview a couple months later. In person with the assistant manager. It was mostly behavioral and checking for personality fit.
