I applied online. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Lake Worth, TX) in Sept 2022
Interview
Applied online, didn’t get a call so stopped by in store and met with manager who set up an interview for the next day with hiring manager. Interview was super basic talking about availability and why I want to work there. They informed me everyone starts out part time which is why I declined the job offer. They did say if you want more time and prove your worth then that’s when you start getting more hours and can “level up” to better positions. But sounds like an excuse to have people work the crappy hours and positions until higher pay and better positions become available and I couldn’t really afford to wait on a promise of more hours.
It was pretty good, though they made me wait a bit long. I got in and they asked me about myself and past experiences. They asked about my availability and why would Iw want to work at this company.
