It was two part interview process. They enjoyed my energy and experience and personal life challenges that got me to where I’m currently at in life. We also had a conversation on what I should expect when working with them and their culture. It is great experience weather you get the job position or not. They are a great company to work for.

A time where you had to deal with a difficult customer?
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.

Interview
The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
