Everything about the selection process was very dynamic and effective, and done remotely by Skype and UberConference. I had 3 interviews: 1 HR interview with InAllMedia, 1 Technical Interview with InAllMedia and finally a technical interview with the client.

I was asked to describe my role, activities and technology stack on my past projects. Also I was asked a few questions about Hibernate and the diferent ways to handle initialize lazy fields.
