two interviews, with the technical responsibilities and also the manager. The interview was fair, no strange questions. some technical questions and also practical tasks. one interview was online, one in person and another one online again

Interview happened in a great manner, questions asked and answered. I kind of own growing nature and expressed my future plans ofcourse aligning with the company. The interviewer did not like the fact. I am looking to grow and may be interested in project manager roles in the future in the same company.

Question 1
I had the opportunity to write my thesis in the same area. Having said that I am tehnically sound and interviewer was impressed with the questions he asked. I asked competetative salary according to my education and experience and they did not like it

Interview
It was an utterly disrespectful procedure. I was asked to code a simple 3D projection of the chessboard before any interview. After submitting the code, I got a message that after viewing my documents, they are not going to shortlist me.
Why send the code before even viewing my documents???
