First interview: It was supposed to be a 3-person panel interview but ended up just being a 1-on-1. Was told I'd be emailed a 1hr assessment that evening to complete and was also informed of next steps. I thought the interview went well but guess they changed their mind... I never received the assessment, nor did I ever receive a response to my attempt to follow up (from any of the 3 panelists).
