Really good experience, job description was clear, application process was clearly set out from the start. I was successful in getting to screening and felt welcomed and kept up to date throughout the whole process. They were supportive of disability needs and provided the questions in advance. I really appreciated the team taking the time to give detailed, positive and constructive feedback.

Disability confident interview scheme. Following papersift accepted for interview. Interview was conducted via teams and was 1 2 1. Next stage was a panel of two people. Very encouraging and pleasant.
