Interview
Short interview with key questions (describe your previous work experience, why do you feel passionate about fashion retail, what do you know about the brands stocked), followed by a trial shift on the floor.
It was very quick and personal, The store manager at the time was very nice and really wanted to know about me as a person. After my interview they asked if I was free to do a trial shift on the store floor and I spent 30 minutes interacting with customers
