India Post Payments Bank interview questions

I got a chance to interview after clearing the exam and my interview went well. They asked me a mix of all types of questions- technical and HR. But still in the final list my name was not there. They did not even select the number they had advertised for. I was disheartened obviously but then I did some research of their past advertisements. It feels false play just to collect fees when sufficient hiring is not done. A person clears the exam, proves his capability and is selected for interview among 100s of other candidates who appeared, so how come they are unable to shortlist 10-20 out of everyone. My honest advise is DO NOT WASTE TIME APPLYING HERE!!
