Candidates who advance may participate in one or more in-person or video interviews with hiring managers or department leaders.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Indianapolis Colts in Mar 2022
Interview
Applied online. Received an email requesting to set up a virtual interview (5 weeks later). Virtual interview via zoom. Interviewed by multiple people -- each representing a potential department for the internship. Everyone was super friendly and I felt comfortable throughout the entire interview. I was told they had set their goal at 4 weeks time to inform their candidates of their status with the position, so I expected to hear back from them about the position anywhere between 4-5 weeks. I did not hear back until the end of the 7th week since my interview.
