Indianapolis Colts interview questions

The Indianapolis Colts interview process typically involves multiple stages, depending on the position. It often begins with an online application, followed by a phone or virtual screening with HR. Candidates who advance may participate in one or more in-person or video interviews with hiring managers or department leaders.

Applied online. Received an email requesting to set up a virtual interview (5 weeks later). Virtual interview via zoom. Interviewed by multiple people -- each representing a potential department for the internship. Everyone was super friendly and I felt comfortable throughout the entire interview. I was told they had set their goal at 4 weeks time to inform their candidates of their status with the position, so I expected to hear back from them about the position anywhere between 4-5 weeks. I did not hear back until the end of the 7th week since my interview.
