- once in a lifetime experiences - close contact with big names in football and entertainment - travel (could also be a con)

Cons

- severely overworked and underpaid - toxic work environment - having to be flexible to a fault (i.e. dropping everything to go on a last minute work trip) - you are treated as a replaceable pawn and not a human being - management is corrupt - major turnover within departments - an owner that cares more about buying expensive guitars than taking care of his employees
