I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Inditex (London, England) in July 2018
Interview
Applied online and the next day I received a call from an unknown number; was someone from inditex asking me a few questions about my availability and my preferred location etc. Then was invited to a group interview, when arriving you have to fill out a form about yourself and give references, get your passport checked and in that interview was a bunch of people in a room where we watched two videos about the company, we also had ice breaker activities where we had to talk to the person next to us and then present them in front of everyone and other activity was we got in a circle and if the ball was thrown at you, you had to say a fact about inditex. We also got put into groups and had to write down the skills and jobs involved in a certain role (my group had cashier) and then presented it to the whole group. The atmosphere was calm, and as a shy person I felt comfortable and wasn’t nervous at all. The interview lasted about an hour and in two days I got an email saying I was successful however there was no jobs available for me in the field I wanted (sales assistant) which to me didn’t make sense cos they are advertising for sales assistants but now saying there’s no jobs for me...
Very well structured. Overall a very positive experience- the questions where about my past experience & studies in order to identify if I possess the skill set required for this particular role
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What motivates you most & make you be more productive?
We made a small phone interview and then we made a group call where we answered questions and were asked to solve a case. They also asked about our motivations and to talk about ourselves.

Interview
You have to go through a two part virtual interview at first. Usually with a few more candidates. If you “pass” the first two there is one final in-person interview.
