The interview process was made to feel like a regular conversation with questions. They made me feel so comfortable when talking and discussing previous work experiences. It was done using Zoom and had 2 interviewers that were both very welcoming and appreciative for all being able to meet and discuss the position. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with a love for working with children.
