Industrial Service Solutions interview questions

It was the strangest interview process I have ever had. They did seem to know what they wanted in the role. I made it to the final round. The interviewer was very focused on whether I have fired anyone in my current role and prior roles. Then, he asked me how many people I needed for my team. The team was already in place and I would have to work there for a few months to have better idea. I did not get the offer and I would not have accepted it if I did. I do feel bad for the people who are work there. It felt like the environment is toxic.
