At first there is a phone call with questions about yourself and an explanation about the program. Then there is a sorting day with an explanatory speech about the program (long!), followed by an exam with easy algorithmic questions in an invented programming language called SIMPLE. There is a written explanation of the language throughout the exam with the syntax and examples. Then if you passed the exam, there is a personal interview.
