I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at InfluxData (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2018
Interview
I found the hiring and interview process very streamlined. The team at Influx were interested in my past work and education experience, but they were also interested in what I wanted from the internship and my plans for the future. Everyone was very friendly after I was hired and they made my transition to my new work environment stress free and efficient.

1 Behavioral and 1 technical. Asked one leetcode easy and one leetcode medium on the technical part. This is 30 words now and i can finally go ahead please let me go ahead.
Very straightforward. To schedule meetings, recruiters use a online calendar link to find mutual available times. There are three interviews: the initial screening, technical interview, and a behavioral one.
My recruiter (Lefan Chi in my case) was my point of contact during the whole process. She was very consistent and reliable in communicating what step the company was at.
Overall a great experience
