I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Infobip in Jan 2018
Interview
The HR phone called me and i went to the first interview then i received a recruitment assignment, after sending my assignment i received an email with a second and final interview invitation, As an experienced caliber in this small market in this interview i began to feel that the interviewers were not interviewing my skills as they were collecting information on the market, things went fine and after one week i received an email from them inviting me to a Skype interview with the company managers located overseas, i approved to attend the third interview despite the fact that i was told that the second interview was the final one, and in this interview my doubts was confirmed that they were only collecting market intelligence and prospecting their competitors by asking specific question which they do not knew its answers and they didn't ask me a single question about the job skills nor my skills neither, i was very disappointed from their behavior which i consider it unethical. They vanished afterwards without any response and they kept posting the same job vacancy online.
