Infrastructure Canada interview questions

They had interview questions, interviewed by a manager overseeing the team for a policy position. He asked me how to define equity. I am concerned that they did not have Human Resources representation in the interview as some questions felt inappropriate regarding my marital and family status.

The interviewer was very friendly, polite, and easy to talk to. I had a very positive experience. I would highly recommend trying to apply to Infrastructure Canada! Amazing experience! Just go for it!
