I applied online and received a call from HR within a week. Answered a few questions over the phone regarding my experience and expectations. Interviewed in person with member of HR and met the Picking Supervisor afterwards. He walked me around to show exactly what the job duties were.

Interview
Very well organized. Seems like a great company to work for. Everyone was polite and friendly and very inviting. They asked a few open ended questions and took a tour of where you would be working and outlined briefly what you would be doing in the area.
