Phone screen, and then a first and second interview with hiring manager, sales director, and then HR. Can seem like you're being grilled depending on the manager, but overall a fairly straightforward process.

Usual interview questions: accomplishment most proud of, name 3 qualities that make you good fit for this job, challenge you've faced and resolution. Nothing out of ordinary at in person interview. Know title of person you're meeting and competing company names.
