Interview
Phone screening with the CEO. He then sent a personality test via email. After he reviewed the results he had me come in for an in person interview. I only met with him. It was probably a 30 minute interview. He is a very strange man and so I had no idea what he was thinking (that should have been a clue to me to never work there). He claimed he had 3 other candidates and it was a tough decision but he would let me know within 3 days. He emailed me the job offer before I even reached the parking lot.
